Art Advice?

I don't think I'm great at art. But I think I am pretty decent at the skill of learning things.Here are the 3 main pieces of advice that will make a huge difference in learning art:

1. Ever heard "Practice makes perfect"? Well it's wrong. Think about what practice is. You might say practice is "doing the same thing over and over again". Well give that some thought. If you do the wrong thing over and over again, then you will get stuck doing something the wrong way and It will be very hard to get out. So don't practice.Experiment instead. Try new things. Do not repeat anything too many times.

2. Always go out of your comfort zone. If you make an art piece that only uses skills or angles or anything else that you already know, then you wont improve. The simplest way to do this is ignoring your skills when coming up with ideas for an art piece. Think of something you have never made before, and then just TRY. Keep trying until you get it right! This means experimenting, looking at tutorials, learning anatomy better (advice point #3), etc.

3. Learn anatomy. This goes for anything. But more specifically, If you want to do 2d illustration, like me, then what you are really doing is turning a 3d object into a 2d, flat one. And to do that, you need to understand the objects 3 dimensionally first. The way to do this is to learn its anatomy. If you want to draw a human, look up "human anatomy". If you want to draw a car, look up "car anatomy". It's hard to accurately draw something without understanding it in 3d space!
